Mita first came to AHP as an intern in 2007. Impressed by her legal and analytical skills, she was immediately hired as a junior associate upon the completion of her internship.

As a lawyer with one of Indonesia’s foremost commercial law firms, Mita currently focuses her practice on corporate commercial and capital markets law, where she has amassed a wealth of experience working on high-profile debt and equity offerings, corporate restructurings and M&A deals. Among the recent significant projects that she has been involved in are Rp 1.5 trillion and US$20 million bond offerings by PT Medco Energi Internasional, PT Holcim Indonesia’s 2012 merger with PT Semen Dwima Agung, and a 2012 bond issuance by PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk.

Mita is a graduate of the University of Indonesia, where she majored in economic law, and the holder of a master’s degree in international business law from the National University of Singapore in cooperation with the East China University of Political Science and Law. She is currently waiting to be called to the Indonesian bar. During her undergraduate days she was an enthusiastic participant in student affairs, including serving in an administrative role with the UI branch of the Asian Law Students’ Association.
